Privacy Notice

YouPulse is responsible for the data used to operate this project. Contact: [email protected].

We use your chosen social provider's account identifier and public profile information, together with the account, session and participation records needed for the features you use. Relevant public wallet or transaction references may be linked to your profile. We also receive information you choose to email us. We do not ask for your social-network password.

We use these data to provide requested features, recognize returning participants, protect accounts and answer requests. The applicable basis is providing the requested service, our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, or a legal obligation. The site uses essential session cookies to provide these features. Optional analytics is separate and uses your consent; refusing it does not limit access to the site.

Campaign request counts

We also count successful landing-page requests by time, page category and fixed campaign tags. These separate server-side counts do not record IP addresses, social usernames, referral handles, full URLs, cookies or visitor identifiers. They include repeat requests and are not a count of unique people.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page categories, sign-in events, a random browser identifier and basic browser/device information to help us understand visits, sources and use of the site. We do not send social usernames, account or wallet identifiers, PINs, recovery details or authorization codes. Analytics only measures visitors who consent and is not the account register. Advertising features are disabled.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_1EEC5HHJEN, configured to expire after 180 days without renewal. We remember your analytics choice in local storage for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes these analytics cookies; it does not affect processing already performed with your consent or your essential session.

Google may process analytics data outside your country. Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for its processing and safeguards.

Hosting and technical service providers support the service; some processing takes place outside your country. Social providers apply their own privacy terms. Information shown in public participation features is public, and public blockchain records cannot be erased by the project.

We keep records for as long as needed for the account, security, requests and applicable obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion. Some security or transaction records may need to be retained. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability, object, withdraw consent or contact your data protection authority. Updates will be dated on this page.
